THE brewing team at an East Yorkshire brewery has developed a new beer in celebration of its 15th anniversary.

Having brewed more than 25 million pints over the last 15 years, the Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery will launch a limited edition cask beer named ‘15’ to coincide with the anniversary next month.

Brewed using home grown barley, Bramling Cross and First Gold hops and Pale Ale, Cara and Wheat malts, 15, 4% ABV, is a golden beer with subtle spiced notes and hints of citrus and hedgerow fruits.

Accounts and export manager Kate Balchin, pictured, said: “We can’t wait to celebrate our 15th anniversary with a new beer.

“2018 is a very exciting year for us at Hunmanby Grange as, not only is the brewery celebrating 15 years in business, but our weddings and events business, Muddy Souls Events is five years old and it’s the 24th year that the garden has been open for the National Gardens Scheme.”
