YORK headquartered estate agency group Hunters has expanded its franchise network with the opening of a new branch in Cleckheaton.
The site becomes the second Hunters franchise to be operated by Ashraf Esat and his team, adding to an existing Hunters branch in the nearby town of Dewsbury.
Hunters, which opened its first office in York in 1992 and its first franchising branch in 2006, now has a network of more than 200 branches nationwide, with offices in a number of key regions across the UK including London, Oxford, Norwich, Middlesbrough, Manchester and many locations in between.
Glynis Frew, chief executive of Hunters, said: “We are delighted that Ashraf Esat and his team will be extending their offering within the Hunters network and are pleased to be strengthening our presence in this part of the country.”
Its services cover residential sales, lettings, buy-to-let and investment, residential block management, land and new homes, franchising and other property related services.
