A LEGAL firm has been thanked for helping to raise the steaks with a Yorkshire butchers’ expansion.
Appleton’s Butchers has a long history of working in partnership with Hethertons Solicitors to expand the business, assisting it with the acquisition of shops in Ripon, Wetherby, York, Boroughbridge and its newest branch, Knaresborough, which is due to open next year.
Tom Henry, a director in Hethertons commercial property department, has helped the business with its conveyancing and negotiating new leases, including one for its newly opened shop in York. “We have an amazing sense of pride from helping them with their expansion and I am delighted that we have been able to assist them with their latest acquisition,” said Mr Henry.
Appleton’s owner, Anthony Sterne, said: “We have been working with Hethertons Solicitors for six years now and they have played an important part in our growth during that time.”
