YORK-based arts and culture publication Aesthetica was showcased to a global audience when technology giant Apple used its website to demonstrate a new product.

Aesthetica's website was featured in Apple’s latest Keynote at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, where Apple chose Aesthetica’s website to demonstrate new features and show functionality of the next version of iOS.

This event attracted a vast audience of key professionals and innovators across the creative and technology sectors and is also viewable online.

The inclusion of Aesthetica in the two hour presentation has been welcomed by the publication as a "major accolade for any creative business in York, recognising the international reach of the brand and its innovative design identity".

Cherie Federico, editor at Aesthetic said: "It’s fantastic that Aesthetica Magazine’s website is widely recognised as a visually stimulating and thought-provoking platform focused on today’s art and cultural events.

"As a publication based in York, we are also delighted to be showcasing the city’s creative outputs."
