A NORTH YORKSHIRE software developer has revealed ambitions to treble turnover to £30 million an increase its global presence.
Teleware Group, based in Thirsk, which specialises in communications, currently has a turnover of £10.4 million.
The three year growth plan, which aims to boost revenues beyond £30 million, comes as result of an increased demand for Teleware's service and changes to working styles.
Over the next 36 months bosses at Teleware plan to increase their head office team from 85 people to more than 100 employees.
The company is also planning to launch into Asia and Europe following recent expansion in the US.
The Teleware group, which was launched in 1991, has developed an in-network solution that captures mobile phone communications and meets the regulatory demands of the encroaching financial regulation overhaul, the Dodd-Frank Act. It also develops software for remote workers who spend a bulk of their working day out of the office.
Bosses have also identified new opportunities in the legal profession and with marketing agencies for the business.
Clients include 17 per cent of the FTSE 100 companies as well as the Bank of England, Apple and Samsung.
