AN exclusive partnership has been agreed between Yorkshire health eating company Filmore & Union and a team of personal trainers.
Filmore & Union, which has a cafe at York Train Station and a restaurant and deli in Low Petergate, has teamed up with nutritionally-led personal trainers Fluid Training in Harrogate.
The partnership will see the production of a new Fitness Menu explains what to eat, and when.
Fluid Training has more than 20 years’ experience coaching British international athletes and top world ranked sports professionals, and will be offering their knowledge and advice during fitness and wellness consultations at Filmore & Union’s events.
Filmore & Union’s founder Adele Ashley said: "We’re delighted to welcome Fluid Training on board, it means we can now offer our customers a distinctive synergy between exercising and healthy eating.
"We want to show people that getting fit doesn’t have to be hard work and that there are healthy options available for those who want to eat out or need to grab something on the go."
