SHEPHERD Construction has won a £41 million contract to design and build a mixed-use regeneration project in the heart of London’s Vauxhall Nine Elms area.
The York firm will construct accommodation for 400 students, on behalf of CLS Holdings plc, as well as a 93-bed hotel, and a number of small office units and a community centre.
