YORK hotel The Groves, in St Peter’s Grove, Clifton, is up for sale.
The hotel, opposite St Peter’s School, is believed to be the only William Pentey designed building remaining in private hands in the city.
Agents Colliers International is marketing the hotel freehold for an asking price of £2.25 million.
