A YORK firm has helped a baker and patissier to improve its computer and IT systems.
RedBlack Software worked with Just Desserts at its Shipley bakery as part of an overhaul of the latter firm’s management processes and a business efficiency drive.
James O’Dwyer, managing director of Just Desserts, said: “As part of our growth strategy, we needed to upgrade our IT systems and the smart software for bakers from RedBlack was the perfect solution.”
Martin Coyle, managing director of RedBlack Software, said: “Independent operators like Just Desserts are the lifeblood of the British baking industry and it’s great to be working with such a strong Yorkshire baker.”
