The following applications have been received by the City of York Council TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (Development Management Procedure) (England) ORDER 2015 as amended. Notice Under Article 15(1A) of Application for Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement 18/01884/OUTM - Proposed development at York Central Leeman Road York I give notice that Network Rail And Infrastructure Limited And Homes England are applying to the City of York Council for planning permission for: Outline planning application with all matters reserved for the redevelopment of York Central, Leeman Road to provide a mixed-use development comprising of up to 2,500 homes (Class C3) up to 87,693m2 of business use (Class B1a/B1b), up to 11,991m2 of retail and leisure use (Classes A1-A5 or D2), Hotels with up to 400 bedrooms (Class C1), up to 12,120m2 of non-residential institutions (Class D1) for expansion of the National Railway Museum and provision of community uses all with associated works including new open space, parking provisions, demolition and alterations to existing buildings, and associated vehicular, rail, cycle and pedestrian access improvements. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at: http://www.york.gov.uk/planning or at City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise between 9am-5:00pm on weekdays. Copies of the environmental statement may be obtained from West Offices at a charge of £1775 ? for a colour hard copy, £500 ? for a black and white hard copy or £20 ? for a CD so long as stocks last.
