NOTICE OF CONSULTATION OF DISPOSAL AND/OR CHANGE OF USE OF FORMER SCHOOL PROPERTY
Proposal: - The Council of the City of York ("the Council") proposes to change the use of the site of the former Clifton Without Junior School located at Rawcliffe Lane, York YO30 6NS ("the Property"), by arranging for housing to developed on the Property so as to provide additional homes in this part of York The proposed housing would either be constructed by the Council itself or the Council may alternatively dispose of the Property to a developer for construction of housing. Application Site: - A map or plan showing the location of the Property edged in red with Title No: NYK 377948 may be inspected during week days at the Reception to West Offices, Station Rise, York YO1 6GA from 8.30am to 5pm (4.30 on Fridays) from 5th September until 17th October 2017.

An analysis of comments received will be forwarded to the Secretary of State for Education as part of the Council's application for consent to the proposal.
For information, further opportunities will be made for the public to comment once the feasibility studies for the development of this land have been completed.
