City Of York Council Off-Street Parking Places Notice Of Variation Of Charges April 2022

The City of York Council, having made a resolution to vary the charges for those "off-street" parking places set out in The York Off-Street Parking Places Order 2013, hereby gives notice in accordance with Section 35C and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the revised charges will come into effect et 0001 hours on 27th Msy 2022. This Notice has the effect of amending the provisions of the ssid Order by deleting the existing charges and substituting the revised charges wherever they are required to be changed to accord with the following schedule:
