The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 15/02/2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve , Day preceding a bank holiday 09:00 till 01:00 - recorded music: Sun to Thurs 09:00 till 23:00. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve , Day preceding a bank holiday 09:00 till 01:00 - performance of dance: Sun to Thurs 09:00 till 23:00. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Day preceding a bank holiday 09:00 till 01:00 - sale by retail of alcohol: Sun to Thurs 11:00 till 23:00. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve , Day preceding a bank holiday 11:00 till 01:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
