PUBLIC NOTICE The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. Regulation 25 Further Information Appeal by Redrow Homes Limited (the Appellant) Site Address: Site to the west of the A1237 and south of North Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9WN City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA. Appeal Reference: APP/C2741/W/21/3282969. Redrow Homes Limited have Appealed against the Non-Determination of Planning Application 18/00017/OUTM by City of York Council for Residential Development of Circa 970 units with associated demolition, infrastructure works, open space, Primary School and associated community facilities, and convenience store all on land west of Monks Cross Link Road, and a Country Park with drainage infrastructure east of Monks Cross Link Road. The application was submitted to City of York Council on 4th January 2018 and an Appeal against the non-determination was submitted in September 2021. A Public Inquiry to be held virtually will be opening on 25th January 2022 at 10 a.m. The Appellant was notified on 10th January 2022 that the appeal has been referred to the Secretary of State for determination. The Secretary of State have notified Redrow Homes Limited that further information is required in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. A copy of the Further Information is available on the Johnson Mowat website: (www.johnsonmowat.co.uk/consultations ). An electronic copy of the Further Information has been sent to City of York Council and Huntington Parish Council. A paper copy of the Further Information is available for inspection for 30 days at Huntington Library, Garth Road, Huntington, York, YO32 9QJ. Copies of the Further Information can be obtained from Johnson Mowat, Coronet House, Queen Street, Leeds, LS2 2TW, +44 (0) 113 887 0120 at a cost of £50.00 for a paper copy, or in a USB at a cost of £20.00. Any person wishing to make representations about the further information should make them in writing in the next 30 days (or by 23rd February 2022) to The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/J Kite Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN (Quoting the above Appeal Reference).
