TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PUBLIC INQUIRY TO BE HELD AS A VIRTUAL EVENT Opening on 11th January 2022 at 10.00 REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Barratt David Wilson Homes Related to the application to City of York Council Outline planning permission with all matters reserved except access, for circa 300 residential dwellings, associated landscaping, public open space, and the formation of two new vehicle accesses from New Lane at Huntington South Moor, New Lane, Huntington York.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a 6 day inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Inquiry will be held as a virtual event run by an Inspector in the normal way, but with parties invited to join via Zoom or Microsoft Teams or by telephone.
