Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Silver Street, Barton, Order 2021, No. 344
We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Silver Street, Barton (from a point approximately 200 metres south west of the 30 Mph speed limit signs at the south western end of the village north eastwards to a point approximately 200 metres north east of the 30 Mph speed limit signs at the north eastern end of the village) for a temporary period of 2 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 22/11/21 & 21/07/2023, due to works. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, B6274 Gilling Road, Richmond, Order 2021, No. 345 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using B6274 Gilling Road (from its junction with Olliver Road southwards to its junction with the A6108) for a temporary period of 2 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 22/11/21 & 21/07/23, due to works. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Richmondshire, Amendment No. 29, Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that on 12/11 /21 we made an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Richmondshire) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified: Prohibition of waiting & loading & provision of parking, Gayle Lane, Gayle (west side) at 6.6 metres long Disabled Parking Bay adjacent to the property known as 44 Gayle Lane, Gayle. If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 12/11/21 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
