NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY BRIDLEWAY 1 GREAT & LITTLE BROUGHTON (BROUGHTON BANK) DIVERSION ORDER 2021
The above Order, made on 27 October 2021, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the Bridleway from a steep cross section where a landslip has occurred (Broughton Bank), onto an adajcent stone track, as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Stokesley Post Office, 44 High Street, Stokesley, Middlesbrough, TS9 5DQ until 10 December 2021. Copies of the Order and map may be obtained by contacting Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 10 December 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made and quote the reference above. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
