North Yorkshire County Council, 40 mph Speed Limit, Flawith Road, Tholthorpe, Order Notice is hereby given that on 20/11/20 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on any length of road at Flawith Road, Tholthorpe specified. C185 Flawith Road, Tholthorpe, from a point 126 metres south of the centre line of the junction of the C185 and Back Lane, Tholthorpe, south-eastwards for a distance of 464 metres.
