Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision Of Parking, Crosby Road/The Link, Northallerton, District Of Hambleton, Amendment No 26, Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedules; Schedule 1 - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Crosby Road, East side, from its junction with the northern boundary of The Link to its junction with Lascelles Lane -No waiting at any time; The Link, South side from the junction with East Road to its junction with Crosby Road -No waiting at any time. Schedule 2 - No Waiting at any Time Except for Loading & Unloading Crosby Road, West side, from a point 13.5m south of its kerb line intercept with Lascelles Lane to a point 31.5m south of the same junction - Loading Bay - no waiting at any time except for loading and unloading; Crosby Road, West side from a point 69m south of its kerb line intercept with Lascelles Lane to a point 90.5m south of the same junction - Loading Bay - no waiting at any time except for loading and unloading. Schedule 3 - Revocations Crosby Road, East side from its junction with Lascelles Lane for a distance of 13.5 metres in a south easterly direction - No waiting at any time; Crosby Road, East side from its junction with the northern boundary of The Link to a point 114.5 metres north of the same junction - No waiting at any time; The Link, South side from a point 15 metres east of its junction with East Road to its junction with Crosby Road - Waiting prohibited between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm each day except Sunday; Crosby Road, East side from a point 13.5 metres south of its kerb line intercept with Lascelles Lane to a point 102 metres north of its junction with The Link - No waiting - waiting prohibited between 8.00am & 6.00pm each day except Sunday. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton, during normal office hours between 07/08/20 & 31/08/20 & also available to be viewed online at
