ENVIRONMENT AGENCY Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) Notice of application for a full licence to abstract (take) water. Brenda Mary Mosey and Basil Ian Mosey have applied to the Environment Agency for a licence. The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006. The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the River Holbeck between National Grid References SE 62042 77432 to SE 62472 77522 and SE 60182 77590
to SE 60621 77627.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
* 40 cubic metres an hour ? 600 cubic metres a day
* 40,000 cubic metres a year
The water will be used for spray irrigation.
