Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Arc Inspirations Limited in respect of Premises known as Banyan (to be known as Manahatta), 3 Little Stonegate,York,YO1 8AX has applied to City of York Council for a variation of a Premises Licence.Tne proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol on Monday to Sunday from the current hours of 09:00 to 02:00 to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 03:00 the following morning.To extend the provision of late night refreshment on Monday to Sunday from the current hours of 23:00 to 0100 to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning.To extend the opening hours on Monday to Sunday from the current hours of 09:00 to 02:30 to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 09.-00 to 03:30 the following morning.To amend condition 17 from Annex 2 of the premises licence which reads:- "An adequate number of door supervisors shall be provided at the venue on the following occasions:- i.from 21:00 hours until close of business every Friday, Saturday, the night before a Bank Holiday, nights when a race meeting is held at York Races (save for the family race day in September), ii. from 23:00 hours on any day when the venue operates beyond 01 AO hoursTo read:- "SIA door supervision will be as follows:
i. from 21:00 hours until close of business every Friday, Saturday, the night before a Bank Holiday, nights when a race meeting is held at York Races (save for the family race day in September) there will be a minimum of wo SIA door supervisors a the premises.

ii. from 23:00 hours on any day when the venue operates beyond 01:00 hours, there will be a minimum of one SIA door supervisor at the premises". Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Chy ofYork Council, Eco Depot, Hazel Courtjork, YOI0 3DS no later than 7 January 2020 stating the grounds for objectionJhe register of City ofYork Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
