19/02256/LBC for external alterations associated with re-pointing of facing brick to rear elevation to include replacement lintel above rear door at Model Farm, The Green, Upper Poppleton, York

19/02304/FUL and 19/02305/LBC to repair and raise height of garden boundary wall by 900mm between 74 and 76 Bootham, York. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of this householder application, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
