Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Charles XII, Main Street, Heslington, York YO10 5EA applied to City of York Council for a Miriation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I.To extend the start time for sale of alcohol (on and off) and regulated entertainment in the form of films (indoors) to start from 9am every day (existing permitted opening hours are unrestricted). ITo extend the terminal hour for sale of akohol (on and off) and regulated entertainment in the form or films (indoors) on Monday to Saturday to midnight, and on Sunday t» 23:00 hours. 3.
