SHACKLETON Judith Mary (Judy) Amanda and family would like to thank everyone who attended Judith's funeral recently and for the many cards received. Thanks to the Rev Gerald Hovenden for an uplifting and reassuring service and to Will Jones, Lois and Richard at Co-op Funeral Care Heworth for everything. Special thanks to all staff at York Hospital A&E and Ward 21 for their care of Judith and the bereavement services for the help to me. The collection for The British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK amounted to £230.
