MATHEWS Jacqueline Helen (Jacky) (nee Brigham) Valya and Vicky would like to thank All the staff of Ward 29 at York District Hospital for the wonderful care they gave to Jacky, Chris Rymer and Rymer's Funeral Directors for their care and support, Reverend Sue Sheriff for the beautiful service, our friends and family for their kindness throughout. The collection from the funeral has been donated to the RSPCA in Jacky's memory.

Memories, memories and more memories are pouring out of me of all the good times we shared growing up. I was so looking forward to sharing those memories with you and your mum and Vicky when we got together. Sadly it's not to be and I miss you so much.
