A special thank you to John, Mam's good friend and neighbour, Mr Gilkeson, Mam's dentist, Wenlock Terrace and Unity Health surgeries, District Nurses, Fulford Pharmacy, York Personal Support, the staff at Skipton Building Society, Ringtons and Sainsburys delivery teams, Rosevale Care Home, Wigginton Health Centre, Doctors and staff of York Hospital and St Catherines Nursing Home.
