CLARK David Alan David's family wish to express sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for their sympathy and support at this sad time. Grateful thanks to Simon of J G Fielder & Son for his superb caring help, to Rev Steve Whiting for a beautiful service and Sally Hemingway for her lovely catering. We thank everyone who attended David's funeral and for kind donations to St. Monica's Hospital, York City Football Club and Yorkshire Cricket.
