ALLAN Suzanne (nee King) Martyn, Samantha and Jason, Anne, Allan, Fiona and Amanda would like to thank family, neighbours and friends for all cards and messages of sympathy following our sad loss of Suzanne. Thank you to York Hospital ward 31 and St Leonard's Hospice for all their care and kindness shown to Suzanne. Thanks to J.G. Fielder & Son for their caring arrangements and Robert Livesey for a comforting service. Collections at the service raised £938, to be donated to St Leonard's Hospice.
