SMITH Jean Passed away peacefully on July 6th 2011, aged 83 years. Much loved wife of Frank and a dear auntie. _ Committal at York Crematorium on Tuesday, July 19th at 2.20pm, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Haxby and Wigginton Methodist Chapel at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu for Parkinson’s UK. A plate will be provided at the service.
