PEARSON Syd Retired Rowntrees/ Nestle & WYSIWYG bass guitarist. Peacefully at home on 9th August, aged 69 years. Much loved and devoted husband of Janet, dad of Gill and Julie and an amazing grandad. A Celebration of Syd's life will be held at Huntington WMC on Friday 2nd September, service to begin at 12.30pm, followed by burial in Huntington Cemetery. Donations may be given for York Against Cancer at the service. Enquiries to Darley Funeral Directors, Huntington tel; 622746.

Our condolences to Jan and family from WYSIWYG's keyboard player, Alan and wife Margaret. We had a lot of happy times playing together. Sadly won't make the funeral as now in Northumberland but will be thinking of you.
