LONG Patricia Peacefully passed away at Somerset House Care Home on 4th December, aged 83. Beloved wife of the late John, much loved mum of Neil and Graham, mother-in-law to Carol and Louise, grandma and great-grandma. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday 21st December at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Dementia UK.
