BROOKE Richard Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday 16th November. Beloved husband to Jane, father to Andrew and Jackie, father-in-law to Debbie and Joe, grandfather to Adam, Rebecca and Vicky, and great-grandfather to Jack. Much loved by us all. The family would like to extend their thanks to Dr Durham, Community Heart Failure nurses, York CCU, Community nurses, Hospice at Home, all at Gale Farm Surgery and Day Lewis Pharmacy in Acomb. A service will take place at York Crematorium Friday 3rd December at 11am. Close family flowers only. Donations please to Community Heart Failure Service and Hospice at Home.
