CHARLESWORTH Rita Lavinia (formerly Woodhead). Died peacefully in hospital in Lancaster on 13th October 2021 after a short illness, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Don, a loving mother, mother-in-law, gran and great-gran. Funeral service at Lancaster and Morecambe Crematorium on 29th October at 1.30 p.m. Donations in her memory for The Stroke Association may be made at www.stroke.org.uk or by chq payable Stroke Association and sent c/o.
