BRAITHWAITE Annette On 7th October peacefuly in York Hospital. Loving wife to Michael, caring mum to Emma and son-in-law Gary, much loved and adored grandma to Lily and Oscar, daughter to Jean and the late Harold and sister to Rosalind. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Thursday 21st October at 10.20am. Family flowers only please, donations to British Heart Foundation.
