BATTEN Ray Died peacefully on September 23 2020, his birthday, after bravely fighting a long illness. Much loved dad to Craig and Rachel, brother to Billy, Wendy and Doreen, grandad to Tyler, Kane, Shantell, Holly, Leon, Connie, Chloe and Bobby-Jo. Uncle to Julie, Martyn, Sheena and Sonia. Husband to Craig and Rachel's Mum, Caroline. Service to be held at York Crematorium on Friday 2nd October at 09:40. Due to COVID family only inside, however groups of six outside welcome. Wake to be held at Fulford golf club, invitation only.
