HARDCASTLE Sally Anne (nee Smith) Passed away after a short illness in York Hospital aged 59 years. Loving wife to Kevin and mum to Lorna and Sam. Beloved daughter to Terry and Eileen and sister to Linda and Rachel. A private family service will take place at York Crematorium on Wednesday, August 12th at 11.40 am. Family flowers only, donations to support York Teaching Hospital can be sent to Hayley Owen funeral Director 01904 792525.

Devastated to hear this. Sally & I trained together at CPP & hit it off from day one. We had many laughs & we loved sharing stories about our families. Sincere condolences to all the family, Sally was one in a million. Love from Mary, Ian & family xx

I worked with Sally for many years as part of the CPP Compliance Team and was so very sorry to hear this news. Sally often spoke of her family with great joy and I know she was incredibly proud of them. My sincerest condolences to them.

Sally was my colleague at CPP for many years and was one of the most genuine caring people I’ve ever come across . My heartfelt thoughts go to Sally’s lovely family who she talked about a lot , Kev , Lorna & Sam . Sally will be missed my many. RIP Sal , you truly were one of the best 💔 xx
