POOLE Ann Passed away peacefully at home aged 76, surrounded by all her family. Loving mum to Joanne, Vicky and devoted grandma to Hannah, Daniel, Matthew and Oliver and great-granny Knit Knit to Arthur. Funeral Service to be held Wednesday January 22nd, 2020 at St Luke's Church at 2.30pm, followed by committal at York Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations to St Leonards Hospice at Home.
