MASIAK Jacqueline "Jackie" (nee Caywood) Passed away peacefully in her sleep in St Leonard's Hospice on January 8th, 2020, aged 69 years. Beloved wife of John, much loved mother to Claire and Matthew and devoted grandmother to Joshua, Alfie and George. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Monday January 27th, at 1.00pm. No flowers please, but donations to support St Leonard's Hospice would be greatly appreciated. As a celebration of Jackie's life, guests are invited to wear golf or Country and Western attire.
