LEWIS Mona Of Sherburn in Elmet, formerly of Tadcaster, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on November 27th, 2019 aged 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Joseph Lewis, much loved mum of Anita and the late Martin, treasured grandma of Liam and Anastasia (Star) and great-grandma of Lucius. The funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday December 10th, at 12:20pm. No flowers by request please, donations in lieu for Martin House Children's Hospice, a plate will be provided at the service. No black ties please, casual dress would be preferred.
