ADDISON John Michael (Mike) Died peacefully at York Hospital. Beloved husband to Norma, dad of Kathryn and devoted grandad to Emily and Rosie and a dear brother, uncle and friend. Requiem Mass to be held at St Aelred's RC Church on Tuesday, October 22nd at 11.30am, followed by committal at York Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations for Parkinsons UK.
