HEPWORTH Janet Mary (nee Ernest) Sadly at York Hospital on Monday, June 3rd, aged 77 years. Beloved wife to David, much loved mum to Jacqui, Carl and Trudie, dearly loved sister, grandma, great-grandma and dear friend to Brian. Service to be held at York Crematorium on Tuesday, July 2nd, at 11:00am. Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in Janet's memory to Ward 31 at York Hospital.
