SMITH David John Passed away in John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford on March 6th aged 71. Loving husband of Sally-Anne, and cherished dad to Lucy. A good friend to all. For those who want to celebrate the life of our beloved, Dave's farewell will take place at York Crematorium on Thursday March 21st at 3:00pm. Donations to Side Walk Youth Project, Scarborough.
