HUSBAND Colin Passed away peacefully in York Hospital aged 55 years. Loving husband to Janice, beloved dad to Jordon and Bethany, brother to Carol, Philip, Lorraine and Derek. Funeral to take place at York Crematorium on Wednesday, December 12th at 11.00am. A plate will be provided for donations to support Ward 31 York Hospital.
