SMITH Kathleen 'Kath' Passed away peacefully in York Hospital on November 9th, 2018, aged 78 years. Much loved wife of the late Brian, loving mum to Paul and the late Helen and mother-in-law to Karen. Funeral service to take place at St. Luke's Church, Burton Stone Lane, York, on Wednesday, December 12th, at 12:00 noon, followed by burial at Fulford Cemetery.
