WIGHTON Eric Of Knaresborough and Little Ouseburn, passed away peacefully at Belmont House Care Home on October 12, 2018 aged 89 years. Eric much loved husband of the late Ellen, adored and respected father of Linda, Martin, Ian, and Michael and a dearly loved grandfather, great-grandfather, father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend. Funeral service will be held at St. John The Baptist Church, Knaresborough, on Friday, October 26, at 1.15pm, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given to Church Funds or The Yorkshire Air Ambulance, for which a collection box is provided at the service. He was lovely and kind and if you didn't know him you truly missed out.
