BIRCH John David On September 14th peacefully at home aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Jennifer, much loved dad of David, Philip, Alistair and Edward, father-in-law and grandad. Funeral service to take place at St Helen's Church, Stillingfleet on Monday, October 1st at 11.30am., followed by private interment. Family flowers only please.
