NICOLSON John Harold Passed away in ICU at York Hospital on May 4th 2018. John loving husband of Julia, dear dad to Phillip and Joanne (Blackman), father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and grandpa to Grace. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Thursday, May 24th at 1.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the British Heart Foundation and ICU York Hospital, a plate will be provided at the service.
