WAITES John On February 21st, in York District Hospital aged 54 years. Dearly loved son of Annie (Nan) and the late Ronald. Dear brother to Paul and his partner Lynn. Uncle to Matthew and the late Jonathan. Funeral service will be held at York Crematorium on Wednesday, March 21st, at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Lane Fox Respiratory Unit and the North West Regional Spinal Injuries Unit.
