KITCHEN Hazel Passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of Galtres Care Home, Strensall on December 14th, 2014. She was aged 94. Much loved and loving mother to Rob, Alan and Moira, and grandmother to Robert and David. Her humour will never be forgotten. Funeral service is to take place at York Crematorium on Monday, January 12th, 2015 at 1.20pm. Family flowers only, please donations may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
