BROOKS Sheila Elizabeth After a long illness, passed away peacefully in York Hospital on December 15th, 2014, aged 89 years. Devoted wife of the late Douglas, loving mum to Colin and the late Stephen and a dear sister. Full Requiem Mass funeral service will take place at Our Lady’s Church, Acomb on Wednesday, January 7th, 2015 at 9.30a.m., followed by cremation at York Crematorium. Flowers are welcome; donations may be given if so desired to Our Lady’s Church.
